We want you to be happy with your purchase from IDEY KOKO. For change of mind we offer store credit on all items that have not been worn, washed or altered and refunds in the case of faulty goods.
In order for us to process your return we require the garment to be returned in its original condition, i.e:
- Tags still attached
Please Note: Returns that don’t comply with the above criteria will automatically be returned to sender, so please be careful when trying on your item!
The conditions do not apply to faulty products.
You must return your item(s) within 14 days from date of purchase if located in Australia or 30 days if located internationally. Please notify us via email the reason for your return at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your receipt.
Your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt of the good(s), less any shipping costs incurred. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. All transactions will be refunded in the original payment method.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. In the case that an item was faulty or damaged, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. IDEY KOKO will not refund international duties and taxes.
